摘要
平菇是世界上栽培最广泛和消费量最大的一类食用菌。本研究对12个平菇菌株进行生产性能比较,依据经验对菌丝生长速度、菌丝致密度及摇瓶菌球干重、密度、大小等生物学性状进行初步筛选。在此基础上,筛选出性状较优良菌株Ps5、Ps7和Ps10,并对3株菌株的出菇时间、子实体产量和生物学效率进行分析比较,最终筛选出了出菇时间短、子实体产量高和生物学效率高的Ps10菌株,该菌株的出菇时间仅为38.60 d,子实体产量达0.46 kg,生物学效率为115.00%。Ps10做为栽培菌株将有重要的应用价值。
Pleurotus ostreatus was edible mushroom with the most widely cultivated and current consumption of up to a class in the world. The present study examined the difference of growth rate, sturdy level, dry weight, density and diameter of mycelium among 12 strains. Three strains PsS, Ps7 and Psl0 with good results in the previous tests were selected for the further content analysis, such as the days from inoculation to fruiting, yield and biological efficiency. The results showed that the strain of Ps10 was the best in the 12 tested strains, and it was the best choice as a cultivated strain with a time from inoculation to fruiting of 38.60 d, the average yield of 0.46 kg, and the biological efficiency of 115.00%. The strain showed great potential for sustainable cultivated.
