摘要
研究复方猴头菇(CHE)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。猴头菇粉与多糖提取物的比例为8∶1时免疫增强作用较好,CHE在中剂量(1 g.kg-1)和高剂量(2 mg.kg-1)下能明显提高小鼠溶血素抗体生成能力、碳粒廓清能力、迟发型超敏反应、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞活性。CHE具有提高小鼠免疫功能的作用。
The effects of compound Hericium erinaceus (CHE) on the immune function of mice were studied. Immunologic en- hancement of CHE was better when the ratio of HE and HE polysaccharide was 8:1. The production of the hemlysin antibody was increased. The delayed-type hypersensitivity was strengthened, and the ability of clearance of charcoalpractice was improved. The splenic lymphocyte proliferation and the NK cell activity were increased in middle dose group ( 1 g·kg^-1 ) and high dose group (2 mg·kg^-1 ). CHE could improve mice immune function.
