摘要
基于创新扩散这一理论视角,分析科技成果转化的关键影响因素和因果关联性,提出成果转化影响因素评价指标体系,并通过专家评分构建模糊认知模型,实现包含多个因果关系的复杂网状系统的动态仿真,得到科技成果转化的最终稳态,可以更好地理解成果转化各影响因素的相互关系及其作用程度,为改进众多影响因素、优化成果转化效能提出政策参考。
Based on innovation diffusion as a new theoretical perspective, the paper analyzes the key influencing factors and causation during scientific and technological achievements transformation, and proposes the evaluation index system of those influencing factors. According to expert ratings the paper builds the fuzzy cognitive model, which realizes the dynamic simulation of complex network systems which contain several causal relationships, and then reaches the final steady state of scientific and technological achievements transformation. Furthermore, the steady state can provide a more clear understanding of the mutual relations and their effect degree of the influencing factors during the scientific and technological achievements transformation. Those results can provide a reference to improve the influencing factors and optimize the performance of the achievements.
