基于全生命周期的科技企业孵化器筛选体系构建

目前,对于科技企业孵化器孵化企业筛选的研究多集中于入孵阶段,缺乏从入孵到出孵全过程中对孵化企业进行跟踪筛选。提出基于全生命周期的科技企业孵化器筛选体系,可以及时淘汰没有发展潜力的在孵科技企业,提高科技企业孵化器资源的使用效率。按照科技企业发展规律将孵化企业分为三个阶段;并通过文献分析法和专家判断法按阶段建立筛选指标;根据网络层次分析法,构建了全生命周期的科技企业孵化器筛选体系。提出了实现科技企业孵化器运行效率和资源配置的有效途径。

At present, incubator screening is more concentrated in Start-up, but lack for screening in the whole process This paper presents a whole life-cycle screening system of the incubator, it can eliminate development incubated enterprises, improve the efficient of incubator resources. The article in the no potential accordance with the law development of the incubator companies, incubator businesses are divided into three stages, through literature analysis and expert judgment to establish the screening index, according with the network process （ANP） analysis to build the incubator whole life-cycle screening system, provides an effective way to improve the operating efficiency of the incubator, to achieve a efficient allocation of resources.
