摘要
针对润滑油中金属磨粒的数量是引起润滑油裂变的重要原因,设计并仿真了润滑油介电常数检测传感器,研究了润滑油中磨粒数量对介电常数的影响。利用ANSYS有限元工具仿真出润滑油中磨粒含量引起的介电常数变化,优化了传感器结构参数。润滑油中磨粒含量由0.1%变化到0.5%时该传感器输出电容值变化量约为2 pF,并且电容变化量与磨粒含量呈线性关系,因此,可通过检测润滑油介电常数的变化来确定润滑油劣化度。
For lubricating oil metal particle number is the main reason causing lubricating oil fission lubricating oil dielectric constant detection sensor are designed and simulated,and influence of quantity wear particles in lubricating oil on dielectric constant is studied.ANSYS finite element simulation tool is used to simulate wear particles content in lubricating oil caused by changes of dielectric constant,structural parameters of the sensor is optimized.While wear particles content in lubricating oil change from 0.1 % to 0.5 %,the sensor output capacitance value variation amount is about 2 pF,and the relationship between capacitance and the wear particle content is linear,by detecting the lubricating oil dielectric constant change,the deterioration degree of lubricating oil can be determined.
