摘要 背景时间生物学研究表明人体的多种生理活动和内分泌系统如血压、心率、心排出量、免疫、炎症反应均具有生物节律性。目的探讨生物节律与麻醉的相互作用。内容生物节律对镇静催眠、镇痛、肌肉松弛及临床麻醉工作均可产生影响,反之,麻醉也可转换或重置生物节律。趋向生物节律与麻醉的相互影响和作用机制还需进一步研究。 Background Chronobiology indicates that many kinds of physiological proceedings such as blood pressure, heart rate, cardiac output, and immunological and inflammatory processes all exhibit a circadian pattern. Objective To explore the interaction of biological rhythm and anesthesia. Content Many research showed that biological rhythm can exert effect on sedation, hypnosis, analgesia, muscle relaxation and clinical anesthesia work, and inversely, anesthesia can divert or reset biological rhythm. Trend Further study was needed for the mechanism of interaction of biological rhythm and anesthesia.
