摘要
针对轨道交通领域两电平逆变器对开关器件的耐压等级要求较高及其输出总谐波畸变率较大的问题,介绍了一种中点箝位三电平逆变器。文章对这种逆变器的PWM调制策略进行了详细分析,并利用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行了仿真研究,结果表明,这种三电平逆变器具有较高的实用价值。
In view of the problem that the voltage withstand class requirements on switch devices by the two-level inverter is fairly high and the total harmonic output distortion rate is fairly high , a center clamping three-level inverter is introduced.The PWM modulation strategy of the inverter is analyzed in detail.The simulation study is made with the MATLAB / Simulink software.The result shows that the three-level inverter has fairly high value in practice.
