摘要
以中国知识产权局1985年至2004年间授权的发明专利为研究对象,选用Logistic回归模型分析其维持时间的影响因素。研究结果显示,专利维持量随时间先增后减,在3年这一时间点达到顶峰后呈类指数分布变化。专利申请人类型、专利申请人国别、授权时间、申请人数量对专利维持时间的影响依次递减。应从提升本土专利申请质量和促进高校及科研机构专利成果产业化等多个角度促进专利维持时长的提升,推进我国科技创新能力的向前发展。
The research studies on the patents which Chinese Intellectual Property Office authorized between 1985 and 2004, using Logistic regression model to determine the influencing factors of patent maintenance. The results demonstrate that the maintenance quantity of Chinese patents first rises then drops over time. After reaching its peak at the point of the third year, the duration obeys exponential-like distribution. The type of patent applicants, the nationality of patent applicants, authorization year, the number of applicants, and page number of the application influence patent maintenance in a successively decreasing way. The extension of patent maintenance should be promoted from different perspectives, which include enhancing local patent quality and facilitating the industrialization of patents applied by universities and research institutions.
