含纳米ZnO水基轧制液的摩擦学性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过分散剂、极压剂、防锈剂的复配,将纳米ZnO均匀分散在水基轧制液中,并由正交实验研究纳米粒子含量、分散温度、分散时间对水基轧制功能液摩擦学性能的影响,评选出最佳条件。结果表明:在纳米ZnO质量分数为0.4%、加热温度为60℃、搅拌时间为10min时,所配制的水基轧制功能液的摩擦学性能最佳。通过摩擦学分析和冷轧润滑实验,进一步验证了采用最佳条件时所得轧制液具有优异的润滑性能。同时,通过对轧后带钢表面的形态和元素进行分析后,认为纳米粒子的润滑作用机理为:纳米粒子与添加剂相互结合,形成极压润滑膜,且可填充在缺陷部位,降低带钢表面粗糙度,提高表面质量。 The nano-ZnO was dispersed into water-based rolling fluid by dispersant, extreme pres- sure agent, rust inhibitor. And the best recipe and the best working conditions were selected by orthog- onal experiment. The results show that under the conditions of nano ZnO 0.4% (mass fraction), heat- ing at 60 ℃, stirring for 10 min, the tribological properties is optimal. The tribology analysis and cold rolling experimental results further indicate that excellent lubrication properties can be obtained using the best formula rolling fluid. Nanoparticles lubrication mechanism was analyzed by strip surface mor- phology and elemental analysis. It is argued that due to the extreme pressure film formed through com- bination of nanoparticles with additives and the filled defects on the strip surface by the nanoparticles, the surface roughness is lowered and thus the surface quality is improved.
