乌鲁木齐市哈萨克族家长营养知识及对中学生影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解乌鲁木齐市哈萨克族家长营养知识水平及对中学生的影响,为改善中学生的营养知识、态度和行为提供资料。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对乌鲁木齐市483名哈萨克族中学生及其家长进行问卷调查。结果学生和家长的营养知识水平普遍偏低,学生总体营养知识水平略高于家长(P<0.05),男生总体营养知识水平低于女生(P<0.05);母亲职业为脑力型、半脑力型的学生营养知识得分高于母亲职业为体力型的学生(P<0.05);父母文化程度为高中/中专、大学及以上的学生营养知识水平均高于父母文化程度为初中、小学及以下的学生(P值均<0.05)。学生营养知识水平的影响因素为母亲文化程度和家庭结构。结论乌鲁木齐市哈萨克族学生和家长的营养知识水平普遍偏低,家长的营养知识水平对学生的营养知识水平有很大的影响。应多渠道向家长宣传青少年健康成长所需营养知识并进行营养干预。 Objective To understand the effects of parents~ nutritional knowledge on the Kazak middle school students in Urumqi and to provide the basic evidence for improving students" nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior. Methods By using random cluster sampling method, 483 Kazak students and their parents were selected to perform questionnaire survey in Urumqi Ka- zak middle schools. Results ~ Nutritional knowledge level of students and their parents was very poor, with students a little higher than their parents. Male students knew much more knowledge than female peers. Students whose mother is mental worker, higher educational level of parents scored higher in nutritional knowledge than students whose mother is physical labor and lower education- al level of parents. Mother's educational level and family structure were found to be the determinal factors to students" nutritional knowledge level. Conclusion It is worrisome of poor nutritional knowledge among Urumqi Kazak students and their parents. Con- sidering the magnificent effects of parental nutritional knowledge on children, it is urgent to disseminate necessary nutrition messa- ges to parents through various channels.
