摘要
目的了解地震后汶川县中学生应对方式现状,为震后心理健康教育提供依据和指导。方法采用应对方式问卷,对分层随机抽取的汶川县第一中学1 500名中学生进行问卷调查。结果女生在幻想分量表上得分高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同年级学生除解决问题外,其余应对方式差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);不同受灾情况中学生在自责分量表上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论地震后汶川县中学生的应对方式总体是积极的、健康的。
Objective To understand coping styles of high school students in Wenchuan area after the earthquake and to provide the basis and direction to mental health education. Methods A total of 1 500 high school students in Wenchuan area were selected through stratified sampling. A questionnaire survey was implemented. Results Coping style of students in Wenchuan high school showed gender and grade differences, with female and younger students showed more negative coping styles. Students whose relatives or friends died in the earthquake had the highest self-blame scores. Conclusion After the earthquake, Wenchuan County high school students" overall coping style is positive and healthy.
