高频超声检测早孕期卵黄囊预测妊娠结局

High frequency ultrasond in forecasting the pregnancy outcome of early pregnancy yolk sac

目的探讨用高频超声检测早孕期卵黄囊的存在及大小形态在诊断先兆流产预后中的价值。方法对128例早期妊娠孕妇用高频超声进行检查，观察卵黄囊显示情况及其形态、大小，并追踪妊娠结局。结果卵黄囊显示清晰、大小正常的孕妇胚胎发育良好，卵黄囊过大（≥10mm）或过小（≤3mill）或不显示的妊娠后果不良，最终难免流产。结论超声监测早孕期卵黄囊可以预测妊娠结局，从而指导临床采取有效的治疗措施。

Objective To study the value of early pregnancy yolk sac on diagnosis of threatened abortion prognosis. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of early pregnancy pregnant women were examined with high frequency ultrasound, to observe yolk sac display and its shape, size and track- ing the pregna：acy outcome. Results If yolk sac show clear and size of normal, the development of em- bryonic was good. If the yolk sacs were too big（ I〉 10 ram） , too small（ ~〈 3 mm） or don＇ t show of preg- nancy adverse consequences, the abortion were finally inevitable. Conclusions Ultrasonic monitoring early pregnancy yolk sac can predict the pregnancy outcome, so as to guide clinical effective treatment measures.
