手术室压力蒸汽灭菌物品湿包的相关因素与对策研究

Relevant factors and countermeasures of wet package in the operating room pressure steam sterili- zation items

目的探讨手术室压力蒸汽灭菌湿包的原因，提出改进措施，减少或避免手术室湿包的发生以及物品重复灭菌的人力和物力损耗，提高手术室灭菌合格率和工作效率。方法干预前按常规操作7745个灭菌包；8817个灭菌包在常规操作的基础上控制相关因素进行干预，比较两种方法的湿包率。结果干预前有231个湿包产生，湿包率为2．98％；对相关因素进行干预后有74个湿包产生，湿包率为0．84％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论严格按《消毒技术操作规范》要求做好手术室压力容器的维护和保养工作是减少湿包、提高手术室灭菌合格率的重要措施。

Objective To investigate the wet package reasons of operating room pressure steam sterilization, to propose improvement measures and reduce or avoid the occurrence of the oper- ating room wet package and items repeated sterilization of human and material resources loss in order to improve operating room sterilization pass rates and efficiency. Methods Seven thousand seven hundred and forty-five sterilization packages were given the routine operations before the intervention; 8817 sterilization packages were given the control intervention of the relevant factors on the basis of the routine operations. The wet packet rates of the two methods were compared. Results Before the intervention, 231 wet package produced, the wet package rate was 2.98% , after the intervention of the relevant factors, 74 wet package produced, wet package rate was 0.84% , the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions In strict accordance with the requirements of the sterilization practices, do a good job of operating room pressure vessel maintenance and repair work is an important measure to reduce the wet package and improve the pass rate of the operating room steri- lization.
