重症新生儿肺炎36例急救措施及护理

First-aid measures and nursing of severe neonatal pneumonia in 36 cases

目的探讨重症新生儿肺炎临床有效的急救措施及护理方法。方法对36例重症新生儿肺炎患儿采用有针对性的实施急救及护理。结果36例患儿实施急救措施及护理前后在肺活量（VC）、深吸气量（IC）、补呼气量（ERV）、肺活量（FVC）、每分钟最大通气量（MVV）、第1秒用力呼气量（FEVl）、1秒率（FEVl／FVC）、峰流速（PEF）等方面比较，各项指标急救后优于急救前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0,05）。结论重症新生儿肺炎采用有针对性的急救措施及护理，对于提高急救成功率及治疗效果具有重要的临床实践意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effective first-aid measures and care methods of severe neonatal pneumonia. Methods Thirty-sixty cases of severe neonatal pneumonia were implemen- ted of tourgeted first-aid and nursing. Results Before and after the implementation of first-aid measures and care methods, the vital capacity （ VC ）, inspiratory capacity （ ICs ）, expiratory reserve volume （ the ERV）, vital capacity （FVC） per minute, maximum voluntary ventilation （ MVV）, one second forced ex- piratory volume（ FEV1 ）, the second ratio（ FEV1/FVC ratio）, the peak flow（PEF）results were com- pared, the indicators were better than before the first aid measures, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions Take targeted first aid measures and care methods for the severe neo- natal pneumonia have important clinical practice significance for improving the success rate in first aid and nursing.
