护理干预对老年高血压合并糖尿病患者知晓率与不良事件发生率的影响

Effect of nursing interventions on awareness and incidence of adverse events in elderly hyperten- sive patients with diabetes

目的探讨老年高血压合并糖尿病患者的有效护理方法。方法将160例高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组80例，对照组采取一般护理，观察组从心理、饮食、生活、用药等多方面进行健康教育综合护理，比较两组患者的护理前后知晓率情况、血压控制的达标效果与不良事件发生率。结罘观察组干预后知晓率明显提高，两组患者护理干预前后疾病知识掌握情况及血压控制情况比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者不良事件发生率（包括并发症）明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对高血压合并糖尿病患者进行精心的综合护理能明显提高患者的生活质量，提高知晓率，使血压得到有效控制，减少并发症的发生，患者晚年生活质量明显提高。

Objective To investigate the effective care of the elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of hypertension and diabetes patients were di- vided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were given the general care, the patients in observation group were given the comprehensive care of the health education including the psychological, diet, lifestyle, medication and other aspects. The awareness circumstances, the compli- ance effect of blood pressure control and adverse event rates before and after care were compared. Results The intervention awareness of the observation group significantly improved, there were signifi- cant differences in knowledge of disease and blood pressure control between the two groups before and af- ter the nursing intervention （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The adverse event rates （ including complications） of the obser- vation group was significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions For patients with hypertension and diabetes, carefully integrated care can significantly improve the patients quality of life, increase awareness, control the blood pressure and re- duce complications, the life quality has been improved significantly.
