摘要 文献提出了一种适用于氧化锌非线性元件的特性方程和测定该方程式常数的方法,它能在电流峰值变化2~3个数量级的范围内,正确地表达电阻片的实际特性,其准确度与电流/电压测试值的准确度相当。我们用文献[1]的方法,对温州某公司的各种避雷器电阻片进行了8/20脉冲Ⅴ-Ⅰ特性方程的验证试验,试验结果证明了它的适用性,并给出了验证试验的结果,同时报道了在验证试验中所发现的以往未知的一些物理现象,据此,可以进一步提高电阻片的保护特性。 The paper [1] puts forward a kind of V-I characteristic nonlinear resistor, and the method through which the constants in the equation, which suitable for ZnO equation are determined, and the paper also indicates that the formula expresses the actual characteristic of a ZnO resistor element accurately within a current peak range of 2 -3 decades with an accuracy that is equivalent to the accuracy of measured voltage and current values. An extensive test of 8/20 impulse protection properties has been made in laboratory on various resistor elements manufactured by Wenzhou Electrical Co., Ltd., that leading to a conclusion that the formula has wide applicability to all tested elements. The test re- suits show the applicability of it, and gives the verification test results, it also reported in the verifica- tion test found in the previous unknown some physical phenomenon, therefore, can further improve the resistor protection properties.
