基于云设计的起重机参数化协同设计系统研究 被引量:4

Research on crane parametric collaborative design system based on cloud design

摘要 针对中小型起重机企业在设计过程中,信息资源匮乏、制造资源和市场响应敏捷度低、劳动力分布不合理等问题,研究了最新云设计理论和云制造着陆的进程,提出了一种全新的网络化协同设计模式即云设计模式。并对信息资源共享、协同设计、云计算进行深层次的研究,搭建了起重机云设计平台,将云设计理论下的协同设计与参数化变型设计统一结合起来,开发了基于云设计环境下的起重机参数化协同设计系统,并以某型号铸造起重机小车架定滑轮组梁设计为例进行了验证。 In view of problems in small and medium-sized crane manufacture enterprises such as information lack, low sensitivity of manufacturing resources and response market and uneven distribution of labor etc., the latest cloud design theory and cloud manufacture landing process were studied, and a new-type network collaborative design mode named cloud design pattern was proposed. In addition, information resource sharing, collaborative design and cloud computing were studied deeply, and the crane cloud design platform was established. And then, the collaborative design of the cloud manufacture theory was combined with the parametric variant design, so as to develop the crane parametric collaborative design system based on cloud design environment. At last, the fixed pulley block beam casting of the frame of a certain crane served as the example to carry out verification.
