摘要
介绍了带式输送机快速换带装置的基本组成及工作原理,并运用ADAMS仿真软件对该装置的运动过程进行了仿真分析,得到了步进小车夹板和步进液压缸在一个周期内的位移曲线,为后期进一步设计提供了理论依据。该装置换带快速连续,可大大提高煤炭行业的生产效益。
The general Constitution and the working principle about the rapid belt-changing device for the belt conveyor were introduced, and ADAMS was applied to simulate the motion of the device. Variation curves of the displacement of the stepping car plywood and the walking cylinder during one period were concluded, which offered theoretical references for subsequent design. The device changed belts rapidly and continuously, which was conductive to improve the productivity of coal production enterprises.
