摘要
以郑州某选厂磨矿分级自动化改造为背景,从关键量控制、故障诊断两个技术层面分析了监控系统的原理。考虑到磨矿分级作业中各控制变量影响因素的复杂性,系统以S7-300PLC为核心配置,采用PLC编程技术与模糊控制、PID控制相结合,设计了相关程序,实现了工艺参数的自动、稳定调控。经现场实际运行表明,该监控系统适应性强,经济效益好,提高了选厂的自动化和信息化水平。
Taking automation retrofit of grinding and classification in a certain plant in Zhengzhou as the example, the paper analyzed the principle of monitoring system from two technical levels those were key variable control and fault diagnosis. In view of the complexity about the factors affecting various controlling variables in the process of grinding and classification, $7-300 PLC served as the system core, and PLC programming technology was combined with fuzzy control and PID control to design relevant program, thus the automated and stable control of the process parameters was realized. Field application showed: the monitoring system was characterized by strong adaptability and excellent economic benefits, and was conductive to enhance the automation and information level in the concentration plant.
