摘要
针对我国机械制造业的发展现状及存在问题,笔者提出了复杂制造过程质量与可靠性集成监控理论框架,针对质量与可靠性集成监控技术的主要领域(即在制品质量控制、误差传播与预测、设备状态监控与故障诊断、集成质量系统以及质量链管理等)的研究现状进行分析,并对5个方面的研究水平和应用范围进行对比和归纳,为复杂制造过程的在制品质量控制和设备可靠性监控奠定理论基础。
On the basis of analyzing development status and problems of Chinese machinery manufacturing industry, the paper put forward the theoretical framework of quality and reliability integrated monitoring for complex manufacturing process, analyzed and summarized the five areas of the quality and reliability integrated monitoring technology such as product quality control, error propagation and prediction, device state monitoring and fault diagnosis, integrated quality system, and quality chain management. In addition, it compared and summarized the research level and application range of the five research areas, which laid the theoretical foundation for product quality control and equipment reliability monitoring for complex manufacturing process.
