Numerical simulation of residual stress field induced by shot peening

摘要 为了研究喷丸速度和弹丸粒径对喷丸强化效果的影响,应用ABAQUS软件分别对喷丸速度和弹丸粒径不同的喷丸过程进行数值模拟,分析了不同喷丸速度和弹丸粒径对喷丸残余应力分布和深度位移的影响。结果表明,随着喷丸速度的增加,喷丸产生的最大等效残余应力不断增加,且最大等效残余应力和最大位移均出现在喷丸冲击中心处;随着弹丸粒径的增大,喷丸产生的最大等效残余应力大幅度增加,且最大等效残余应力和最大位移均出现在喷丸冲击中心处。 In order to study the influence of shot peening velocity and shot particle diameter on shot peening results, ABAQUS software was applied to numerically simulate the shot peening process with various shot peening velocity and Various shot particle diameter, and analyze the influence of shot peening velocity and shot particle diameter on the distribution and depth displacement of the residual stress induced by shot peening.
