摘要 目前国际组织和各国均采用要因加算来估计膳食锌参考摄入量。因此,生理需要量和吸收利用率是制定膳食平均需要量的关键依据,结合修订中国居民膳食锌参考摄入量工作,对生理需要量、吸收利用率及相关的进展分述如下。
