高钙饲料喂养初断乳大鼠对成年期高脂形成肥胖的影响 被引量:4

EFFECT OF RAISING EARLY ABLACTATION RATS WITH CALCIUM FEED ON HIGH FAT-INDUCED OBESITY DURING ADULTHOOD

摘要 目的通过对初断乳大鼠的高钙干预及成年后的高脂干预,探讨初断乳大鼠高钙摄入对成年期肥胖形成的影响。方法初断乳雄性Wistar大鼠120只随机分为正常饲料组和Ⅰ(2%)、Ⅱ(2.5%)、Ⅲ(3%)高钙组。补钙干预4w后,取血检测血清瘦素、胰岛素和甲状旁腺素含量。随后所有大鼠以基础饲料喂养3w,至成年。于第7 w末取血检测上述指标并称量睾周和肾周脂肪组织计算脂/体比。将正常饲料组成年大鼠随机分为正常对照组和肥胖诱导组,肥胖诱导组及三个高钙组均喂以高脂饲料。肥胖诱导8w后处死所有大鼠取血检测上述指标并称量睾周和肾周脂肪组织计算脂/体比。结果高脂干预后三个钙组的体重均低于肥胖诱导组,与正常对照组没有差别;三个高钙组的脂/体比均与正常对照组没有差别;Ⅰ和Ⅱ高钙组的脂/体比明显低于肥胖诱导组;三个高钙组的血清瘦素和胰岛素水平明显低于肥胖诱导组。结论初断乳大鼠的高钙喂养能够持续发挥作用,使其在成年后的高脂膳食期间,机体的瘦素和胰岛素正常分泌,发挥其应有的生理功能,维持体重平衡,改善代谢紊乱。[营养学报,2013,35(2):154-157] Objective To study the effect of raising early ablactation rats with high calcium feed on high fat-induced obesity during adulthood. Method One hundred and twenty male Wistar rats were divided randomly into normal control group, Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ doses calcium groups and fed a basic high calcium diet and (2%, 2.5%, 3%) for 4 w. After intervetion, blood glucose, blood lipid, serum calcium, the levels of leptin were determined. Subsequently, all rats were fed basic diet for 3 w to adults. The above indexes were determined again at end of 7 w and peritestis and perikidney adipose tissue were weighed for calculating the body fat/body weight ratio. The normal adult rats were randomly divided into normal controls and obesity group. Obesity group and three high calcium groups were fed high-fat feed. After 8 w the rats were executed and the above body indexes were determined. Results After obesity induction, the body weights of three high calcium groups were obviously lower than the obesity group and fat/body ratio was in different compared with normal control group. Leptin and insulin levels of three high calcium groups were significantly lower than obesity group. Conclusion High calcium intake in early ablactation rats can continue to affect high-fat induced obesity, increase sensitivity to leptin and insulin and improve the disorder of metabolism.
