摘要
介绍了一种可以产生两路独立0~10V电压的程控电源及其保护系统的设计方法,采用ST公司32bit处理器STM32F103VET6作为控制芯片,用来接收上位机的电压输出命令,通过不断对输出采样得到多组数据,先后利用最小二乘法曲线拟合及二分法进行自适应调整,以达到稳定输出的目的。本方案还采用软件保护和硬件保护双保险的设计,确保电源及用电器的安全。此外,还具有电流实时监控,设定电流阈值等功能。在负载测试、短路测试以及变载输出测试中均可稳定工作。
This article introduces a scheme to generate two independent 0-10 V programmable power supply and protection system, using ST 32 bit processor STM32F103VET6 as the control chip to receives the control voltage output command, through continuous output sampling for multiple sets of data. In order to achieve the purpose of stable output, use curve fitting algorithm and the dichotomy successively for adaptive adjustment. This scheme also uses the software protection and hardware protection double insurance design, to ensure that the power supply and the safety of the electric appliances. In addition, the system has the current real-time monitoring function and the ability to set current threshold. In the load test, short circuit test and variable load output test, it can stably work.
