咽炎丸的HPLC指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Yanyan Pills

目的:建立咽炎丸的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法:色谱柱为ElitSinoChromODS-AP(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流动相为1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为254nm。采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)"软件确定指纹图谱的共有峰,并计算相似度。结果:建立了10批咽炎丸的对照指纹图谱,确定了31个共有峰,其中9批样品的相似度>0.900。结论:所建立的HPLC指纹图谱准确、方便,有较好的精密度和稳定性,能够表征咽炎丸的质量特点,可为其生产和质量控制提供依据。

OBJECTIVE： To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Yanyan pills. METHODS： An Elit SinoChrom ODS-AP （250 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column was used with 1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile as mobile phase by gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 mn. Fingerprint Similarity Evalua- tion Software（2004 A edition） was used to determine common fingerprint peaks and calculate the similarity. RESULTS： Fingerprints of 10 batches of Yanyan pills were established and 31 common peaks were identified. The similarity of 9 batches was more than 0.900. CONCLUSIONS：Established method is accurate and convenient with good precision and stability, which can manifest the quality characteristics of Yanyan pills. It provides basis for the production and quality control of Yanyan pills.
