槟榔的细胞毒理研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 目的:为槟榔食用、药用安全剂量标准的建立提供参考。方法:查阅近年来国内、外相关文献,对槟榔所含化学成分对口腔细胞、生殖细胞、肝细胞、免疫细胞及其他组织细胞产生的毒性以及可能的致毒机制进行综述。结果:咀嚼槟榔可导致口腔黏膜下纤维性变,可诱发口腔角化细胞炎症;槟榔碱对人和其他动物的生殖系统均有细胞毒性作用;咀嚼槟榔可增加患肝硬化和肝细胞癌的风险,可降低机体免疫系统功能,且与男性慢性肾脏疾病、代谢综合征、2型糖尿病、高脂血症、心血管疾病等有关。结论:国内对槟榔的细胞毒性研究不够深入,且发挥毒性的化学成分不够明确,今后应加强槟榔化学成分对细胞毒性作用的研究。
