摘要
对SiCw/LD2复合材料进行了热挤压 ,并对铸态和挤压态复合材料进行了时效处理。比较铸态、挤压态、时效态复合材料间的拉伸性能的结果表明 ,挤压变形可提高复合材料的强度和塑性 ;时效处理能够提高复合材料的强度 ,但却降低塑性。挤压变形后再时效处理可使复合材料达到最大的强度和模量。
The hot-extrusion and ageing treatment of SiCw/LD2 composites were carried out.The results of the comparing the properties between the composites as-cast,as-extruded and as-aged indicate that the extrusion deformation can increase the strength and plasticity of the composite,and the ageing treatment can both increase the strength of the composite and decrease the plasticity of the composite.The combination of the extrusion and the ageing treatment can make the composite to reach the maximum strength and maximum modulus.
