摘要
本文研究了温度、时间、NH_4Ac、(NH_4)_2SiF_6加入速度和反应物配比对八面沸石用(NH_4)SiF_6脱铝补硅反应的影响,并提出了反应机理,解释了反应条件的影响。由于存在相互制约的影响因素,有保持高结晶度的条件下,八面沸石可以较高程度地脱铝,但不能无限度地脱铝。
The effects of reaction conditions, such as temperature,reaction time, the presence of NH4Ac, the speed of addition of (NH4)2SiF6 and the molar ratio of (NH4)2SiF6 to AlO2- in faujusite on the isomorphous substitution of faujusite were systematically studied. A reaction mechanism was suggested to interpret the experimental results. Because there exist some contradictory factors which affect the dealumination reaction, the silicon substitution and the crystallinity of the product, it seems that the Si/Al ratio of faujusite cannot be increased limitlessly by(NH4)2-SiF6 without loss of its crystallinity.
