The difference of wobble measurement in an axis system with a frame between two fixing states, which are fixing a mirror on the axis end plane and fixing a mirror in the middle of the frame, is analyzed. With the practical measurement on an axis system with a frame, it is proved that an additional second harmonic error is caused by the self weight of the axis system and the unequal stiffness of the frame.
