经方本原剂量问题研究的意义

Significance of study on primitive dosage of classical formulas

通过文献考据的方法分别从还原经方剂量的原貌,探索方药剂量历史轨迹,明确方药常用剂量范围,揭示方药剂量流变化的原因和提高经方的作用效力等五方面对经方本原剂量研究的意义进行了阐析。认为关于经方本原剂量问题的研究,并非仅仅是一个医学史的问题,更重要的是为了寻找一个最佳的临床方药用量范围,以保证方药的疗效并促进临床疗效的提高。

The significance of the study on primitive dosage of classical formulas is clarified from five aspects by applying literature research methods, including revealing the original appearance of original dosage of classical formulas, exploring the historical track of dosage of formulas, making clear the regular dose range of formulas, telling the cause of historical changes of dosage of formulas, and improving the effect of classical formulas. It is concluded that the study on the original dosage of classical formulas is not only a problem about medical history, more importantly finding the optimal dosage range in order to guarantee and improve the curative effect of formulas in clinic.
