摘要 为解决小鼠动物行为学实验中使用人工记录带来的工作量大、准确性低的问题,提出了一种基于嵌入式系统的视频监测方案。根据监测需要,设计了以TI公司TMS320DM642芯片为核心的系统,该系统使用两路摄像头分别对小鼠水平、竖直方向上的行为活动进行监测,计算出小鼠的停留位置分布、移动距离等参数并在LCD上显示出来,处理速度可达约12帧每秒。实验结果表明,相对于其他监测手段,该系统具有非侵入性、精确度高、成本低、稳定可靠的特点。 To sovle the problems of heavy workload and low accuracy brought by human recording in animal behaviour exper ments, an autonomous vedio surveillance method based on embedded system is proposed. TMS320DM642 is adopted to control two cameras to capture the videos of rat's behaviour and analyse them in real time. The results, including staying position distribution, moving distance and other parameters, are displayed on an LCD. The processing speed is about 12 frames per second. Comparing with traditional methods, experimental results show that the system has the advantage of non-invasive, high accuracy, low cost and stability.
