摘要
目前碳素弹簧钢丝在实物质量上主要存在通条性能不均匀、可绕制性能不理想、局部扭转、弯曲开裂及脆性断裂等质量问题 ,通过分析认为盘条质量缺陷、装备水平不高、生产中“三混”及某些厂商的不规范运作是影响碳素弹簧钢丝质量的主要因素。同时 ,GB 4357— 89标准中部分技术指标未能满足当前用户要求 ,也是影响碳素弹簧钢丝质量的重要因素。
Carbon spring steel wires exist quality problems on irregular properties in whole wires body,poor coiling,partial torsion,split in bending and brittle fracture etc.It is considered through analyzing that the main factors influencing carbon spring steel wires are the defects of wire rods,low grade equipment,“three mixture'in producing and management against discipline by many business.At the same time,it is also the important factor that part technique targets in GB?4357—89 can be not satisfied for users′ requests.
