摘要
针对大庆石油管理局由美国引进的乙烯生产设备的轴套失效问题,开创性地将青铜一体式轴套改造为轴套基体为45钢,在其表面堆焊QSn6.5-0.4。分析了堆焊工艺参数对接头抗拉强度的影响,观察了接头界面微观组织,进行了实际成品轴套的堆焊,各项指标均满足实际要求。
For the sake of solving losing effectiveness of the axle sleeve of the ethylene eqUipment , the bronze QSn6. 5 0. 4 was surface welded to the 45 steel axle sleeve base repealing the whole axle sleeve of the bronze. The effect of welding process parameters on the tensile strength of the bond was analyzed and the microstructure of the interface was researched. The axle sleeve of surface welding can be used well in the real manufacturing.
