总结了对小方坯进行改造的经验,包括振动装置、二冷系统、拉矫机、切割机、中间罐扩容的改造;改进了电气、仪表、液压系统,使出坯实现自动化、自动配水,改造后效果显著。

The article summed up the modificating experience of continuous casters at Steelmaking Plant of NLSCS. This modification included mainly the improvement on the oscillator, secondary cooling system, withdrawal straightener, flame cutting machine and tundish; while it also included revamping electrical equipment, instrumentation and hydraulic system as well as automatic billet output system and cooling water in selfacting control, so we have got a remarkable efficiency.
