摘要
考察了K-Fe/ZSM-48催化剂在CO加氢合成低碳烯烃反应中的催化性能。结果表明,该催化剂有较高的活性和低碳烯烃(C_2~=-C_4~=)选择性。TPR,TPD,XPS和化学吸附测试表明,催化剂有良好的催化性能的原因,在于负载活性组分有较好的还原度和适宜的相分布。钾的加入促进了Fe(Ⅲ)→Fe_3O_4的还原,阶低了H_2/C0的不可逆吸附,使催化剂的活性和选择性得到提高。
The catalytic properties of K-Fe/ZSM-48 catalyst in the synthesis of light olefins from CO and H2 have been investigated. The reaction was performed in a high pressure reaction system, the results indicated that the catalyst possessed a high selectivity for light olefins with a high CO conversion. The catalyst was characterized by TPR, TPD, XPS and chemisorption. The results showed that the active components distributed in different phases on the surface of the catalyst during the reaction, the addition of potassium promoted the reduction of the first stage Fe(Ⅲ)--Fe3O4, improved the reducibility of the catalyst, and decreased the irreversible adsorption of H2/CO.
