联横合纵是焊管企业走出困境的途径

指出当前焊管企业的主要矛盾是流动资金极其短缺 ,而“联横合纵”能集中现有财力、物力和人力在组合体内优化配置 ,实现效益最大化 ,使企业走出困境。着重从我国焊管基本行情、市场需求、市场环境、驾驭市场、经济发展趋势及企业生存与发展等方面论述了联横合纵的必然性。提出联横合纵必须遵循依法组合、体现自愿、平等相待和互利互惠的原则 ,建议小焊管厂以走联横之道为妥 ,大中型焊管企业以走合纵之路为宜。最后强调要高度重视组织创新。

At present, most of the welded pipe manufacturers are lack of cash and capital. In order to get rid of this difficulty, the enterprises shall unite and cooperate together, centralize the finance, material and man power to optimize the allocation in the union and realize the maximum profit. This article discussed the necessity of union and cooperation from the aspects of China welded pipe market, market demand, market environment, market control, economy development as well as the survival and development of the enterprises etc. the author suggest that the union and cooperation shall based on the principle of lawful, free will, equality and mutual benefit , the small sized welded pipe mill shall horizontally cooperate and large scale pipe mill shall vertically cooperate. It also emphasized to pay attention to the organization renovation.
