摘要
利用射芯机生产砂芯的质量通常会受到多方面因素的影响 ,其中射芯机的射砂压力和射砂时间是两个重要的影响因素。笔者利用实际生产中所使用的冷芯盒射芯机进行试验 ,认为冷芯盒的射砂过程可以根据芯盒内的压力变化分为三个阶段 :压力上升阶段、压力保持阶段和压力下降阶段。并且相对于射砂时间而言 ,射砂压力对于射砂过程的影响更大。单纯延长射砂时间并不会对砂芯的紧实效果产生较大的影响 ,反而会增加压缩空气的消耗量。
The quality of cores produced by core shooter is affected by many factors. The technology parameters of core shooter are important factors. This paper presents how the pressure in core box changes during the shooting process of cold box with a production core shooter. The influences of shooting pressure and shooting time on the core shooting process have also been studied. The shooting process of cold box can be divided into three stages, i.e. pressure increasing stage, pressure holding stage, and pressure decreasing stage. Comparing to shooting time, shooting pressure is more important for shooting process. Increasing the shooting time will only have minor effect, while the consumption of compressed air will increase obviously.
