摘要
组织公民行为是一种可以促进组织有效性的行为,高校教师的组织公民行为更是和教师工作的成效及教学的质量紧密相关,本文就探讨了与高校教师组织公民行为有高度相关性的因素——工作满意度,通过对两因素的分析,尝试提出如何提高高校教师工作满意度,增加组织公民行为的方法。
Organizational citizen behavior is a behavior that can promote organizational effectiveness, university teachers' organi- zational citizen behavior is especially closely related to the effec- tiveness of teachers' work and teaching quality. This paper ex- plores university teachers' jor satisfaction, which is closely related to university teachers' organizational citizen behavior. Through analyzing the two elements, this paper attempts to propose how to improve university teachers' job satisfaction and the method of increasing organizational citizen behavior.
