Research on the Promotion of College Teachers' Morality by College Labor Unions with Humane Care

从高校工会的视角,探讨社会转型期人文关怀的现实意义及人文关怀对高校师德建设的作用,以人文关怀为主线,以主题建家活动为载体,从而促进以爱岗敬业,教书育人,为人师表为核心内容的师德建设。

From the perspective of college labor unions, this paper explores the realistic significance of humane care and its role in the construction of college teachers＇ morality. To promote the construction of teachers＇ morality with loving the post and educa- tion as the core contents, this paper proposes a conception with humane care as the main line, theme activities as the carrier.
