疾病异质化研究新思路

New ideas in research of the diseases＇ heterogeneity

疾病异质化研究是在目前单方案临床研究思路基础上，以寻找与治疗方案相对应的异质化特征为手段，将目前现有成熟治疗方案进行优化整合，达到提高疾病治愈率为目的一种研究方法。它的特点是能够整合现有成熟治疗方案的优势，并能使疗效达到最优。本文提出疾病异质化研究背景、研究方法及思路。

Research of diseases＇ heterogeneity is a study method, which is based on the current ideas of single-program of clinical research, by means of searching the heterogeneous feature that corresponding to therapeutic schedule, optimizing and integrating the mature treatment programs, and aiming to improve diseases＇ recovery rate. Its characteristic is that it can integrate the advantages of current mature treatment programs, and make optimal effect. In this paper, we put forward the background, methods and ideas in the research of diseases＇ heterogeneity.
