尿酸与脑梗死和脑出血的相关性研究 被引量:1

Study on relationship between serum uric acid with acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage patients

摘要 目的:探讨尿酸与急性脑梗死和脑出血之间的相关性。方法:经头颅CT/MRI确诊的急性脑梗死患者105例,脑出血患者61例,分别于入院后48小时内检测尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,并作比较分析。结果:脑出血组与脑梗死组比较,尿酸水平升高,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿酸水平可以反映脑出血的严重程度,有必要重视脑出血患者尿酸水平的监测。 Objective: To compare the difference of serum uric acid in acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods: 105 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 61 patients with cerebral hemorrhage patients by computer tomography(CT) or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) were observed. The alterations of serum uric acid, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were measured in both groups. Results: The level of serum uric acid in hemorrhage patients was higher than that in acute cerebral infarction (p〈0.05). Conclusion: The level of serum uric acid can report the critical of cerebral hemorrhage. It should be necessary to attach importance to the level of serum uric acid.
