摘要
研究了ZA27和ZA27Si合金的高温力学性能和耐磨性能,并进行了阀门静压寿命试验。结果表明,锌铝合金特别是含硅的高铝锌合金具有优良的摩擦磨损性能,使用寿命长,是替代铜合金作阀门中螺母等耐磨件的理想材料。
The high temperature mechanical properties, wear resistance and service life of Zn-Al alloys and copper alloys have been investigated. The results show that Zinc Aluminum alloys especially with Silicon present excellent wear resistance and long working life and can substitute copper alloys as screw nuts in valve industry.
