摘要
通过对影响建设工程投标方向决策的因素分析 ,首次将模糊多层次综合评价运用于投标方向决策 ,建立了综合评价的数学模型 ,使实际决策中影响工程投标的不确定、不准确、甚至不可测的因素得以量化 。
By analyzing factors affecting bid orientation decision\|making, fuzzy multi\|level comprehensive evaluation was initially used. Mathematical model was established which make the uncertain, inaccurate and immeasurable elements quantifiable, thus providing a scientific method for bid orientation decision-making.
