摘要
炼厂干气含有的乙烯和丙烯的回收利用是重要的研究课题,具有潜在的经济效益.除了深冷分离这部分烯烃的方法外,国内已有直接用于烃化为乙基苯,进而脱氢为苯乙烯的研究.我们曾以铑膦络合物为催化剂,在均相反应体系中以丙醛、丁醛为目的物进行干气中乙烯和丙烯的转化研究,本文又将担载液相铑催化剂(SLPC)应用于干气的醛化反应,不仅可使反应在气相流动状态下进行。
Rhodium-based supported liquid phase catalyst (SLPC) was used in the heterogeneous hydroformylation of olefins contained in refinery dry gas at 50-150℃ and under total pressure 0.48-1.75 MPa. The degree of pore filling of the SLPC is 36%. The P/Rh ratio and Rh loading of the SLPC are 70 mol/mol and 0.128% respectively. The reaction was carried out in a fixed bed reactor which is a 6 x 350mm stainless steel tube filled with 0.59 g( 1 ml) SLPC. Dry gas is mainly used as fuel gas, how to utilize the ethylene (15%) and propylene ( 5 %) in dry gas is an unsolved problem. The experimental results showed that most of the ethylene contained in dry gas can be converted into propaldehyde (ethylene conversion >90%) and some n-butyraldehyde on SLPC. And n-propanol is also obtained. No deactivation of the SLPC was observed over a running period of 200 hours.
