摘要
目前的轧钢系统中,对位置控制要求精度高时,普遍采用伺服液压传动。例如轧机、夹送辊、助卷辊的辊缝控制。伺服控制有很多电气传动无法比拟的优点,例如:(1)控制精度高,可以达到微米级别。(2)响应速度快,可以达到毫秒级别。(3)对设备的冲击小。所以伺服控制在轧钢领域得到了广泛的应用。但是,伺服系统也会出现问题,我厂的伺服系统在生产中出现了系统震荡的故障。以下就震荡的产生和消除进行一下分析。
The current rolling system, generally require high precision position control using servo hydraulic transmission. E.g. the mill, the pinch roller, the wrapper roll of the roll gap control. Servo control many electrical transmission incomparable advantages, such as: (1) high control precision can reach micron level. (2)fast response, up to the millisecond level. (3)a small impact on the device. Servo control has been widely used in steel rolling field. However, the servo system will be a problem, I plant the servo system in the production system shock failure. Following the shocks and eliminate the need for analysis.
