摘要
介绍了一种VHF频段上变频模块的设计与实现。给出了VHF频段上变频模块的设计方案和设计框图。VHF频段上变频模块采用二次变频方案,通过合理的频率和电平配置及选用合适的电子器件,在信号带宽内获得了极低的杂散、优良的相噪特性及良好的线性特性。
The paper introduces the design and implementation of a kind of VHF band up-conversion module, of which the design scheme and the design block diagram are presented .The VHF band up-conversion module adopts the dual-conversion scheme. By means of rational allocation of frequency and level and by use of appropriate electronic devices, the module implements the extremely low spur, the perfect phase noise characteristic and the excellent hnear characteristic in the signal bandwidth.
