摘要
在认为HZSM-5中的反应以吸附态进行的前提下,建立了HZSM-5分子筛催化高对位选择反应的扩散、反应数学模型,得到二级产物分布的理论表达式。利用实验测得的吸附、扩散、反应参数进行分析,得到与高对位选择反应实验一致的结果。与Wei^([5])的理论进行了比较,结果指出,本文理论能更好地符合实验结果,说明它比Wei的理论更具合理性。
When the reaction of toluene disproportionation and xylene isomeri-zation took place through adsorption state, a theoretical diffusion-reaction model was proposed for the high para-xylene selective reaction, and the secondary product distribution expression could be obtained. With the experimental results of adsorption equilibrium constant, desorption diffusivity and isomerization rate constant of o-, m- and p-xylences, high p-xylene selective reaction on HZSM-5 could be predicted by the model proposed and the agreement of theoretical and experimental results was good. The proposed model and Wei's one were compared by using the experimental results on HZSM-5 with different crystal sizes, the average error between theoretical and experimental results of the former was 9.1% and that of Wei's was 19.4%. And the comparison of two models was also made by using experimental results on HZSM-5 of different dif-fusivities, the average error of the proposed model was 9.0% and that of Wei's was 27.7%. It shows that the model proposed in this paper is better than that of Wei's.
