摘要
ZSM-5分子筛的吸附、扩散、反应已有大量的文献报道,但同时给出分子筛的吸附、扩散、反应的结果以及它们之间关系的文章尚很少见到.本文报道了用真空重量法测得的吸附、扩散数据,和从微反得到的反应结果,并利用提出的数学模型,对择形反应进行了分析.
Based on the experimental values of adsorption equilibrium constant and desorption diffusivity obtained by gravimetric method, and rate constant of xylene isomerization reaction obtained with micro-reactor, the product distributions of toluene disproportionation on large crystal HZSM-5 are predicted with the theoretical model proposed. There is good agreement between the theoretical and experimental results. The published results are also analyzed using this theory and there is also good agreement between the theoretical and experimental results. It can be concluded that although there are differences among various HZSM-5, the intrinsic adsorption equilibrium constants, desorption diffusivities and reaction rate constants for xylenes are equal. That is why different authors' results can be analyzed by using the experimental results of this paper.
