基于著作权法视角的图书馆口述文献工作探析

同其他类型的文献比较,口述文献管理中的著作权问题具有特殊性、复杂性。图书馆口述文献工作在口述文献采集、整理与开发利用中存在著作权问题。图书馆应制定和健全著作权保护规范,评估不同业务中的法律风险,以著作权合同约定权利义务,提高工作人员的著作权素养,建立完善的著作权管理体系与著作权危机防范机制。

Compared with other types of literatures,copyright problems in the oral documentation collection management have the particularity and complexity.The oral documentation collection work in libraries have copyright problems in the collection,the arrangement,the development and the utilization of oral documentation collections.Libraries should formulate and improve the copyright protection standard,evaluate the legal risk in different businesses,engage rights and obligations with copyright contracts,improve the copyright literacy of staff,in order to establish the perfect copyright management system and copyright crisis prevention mechanism.
