摘要
经过多年实践,杭州师范大学图书馆逐步形成了以服务教学科研单元目标为特征的学科服务实践模式,围绕学院及重点学科、重大项目、重要人才、博硕士点、课题、课程等服务对象和服务层面,全方位创新服务方式,制定服务规范,引进LibGuides系统构建单元服务平台,强化学科馆员专业服务能力,以用户反馈意见衡量学科服务实效。杭州师范大学图书馆单元目标学科服务创新模式的成功实践,能够为高校图书馆探寻学科服务的有效机制和模式带来一些思考和借鉴。
After many years of the practice,Hangzhou Normal University Library gradually formed the practice mode of discipline services characterized by servicing for unit targets of the teaching and scientific research.Arounding the college and service objects and service levels of key disciplines,major projects,important personnel,points of doctor and master,subject,curriculum,Hangzhou Normal University Library innovated service modes,formulated the service specification,constructed the unit service platform with the application of LibGuides system,strengthened the professional ability of discipline librarians,used the feedback of users to measure the discipline service effectiveness.The successful practice of the innovation mode of unit target discipline services in the Hangzhou Normal University Library brings some considerations and suggestions for exploring the effective mechanism and mode of discipline services in university libraries.
